These Pin Cushions are able to be tied closed into a “book” type thing, where you can put your sewing needles and even slide in things like a seam-ripper to keep it all together and neat.  Having the top for pins.

Or you can flatten it out when you need more surface area for your pins.

I swear, photographing and putting stock online takes longer than making it does (4 hours!)  But anyway….  lots of new stuff up tonight.  Some of it is newly made, some of it is from me going through the boxes of stock I have and making sure it’s all actually online (a lot of it wasn’t).

I’ll be adding new stock once it’s finished I’m aiming for tonight. I’ll be finishing off the last of the Cultures theme, as we have a new theme for next month… so I’ll be restocking with Gorgeous Geisha liners, Australian Aboriginal print liners, some Hawaiian Girl pads & liners, and a few more Tribal Maori design pads….

I spent last night sewing in the overlocker ends on this stack of pads! Took a while ….but I got to watch a taped episode of Torchwood and Jet Li’s “Hero” movie (plus the special features) while I did it.. so that was alright

Now I just have to snap them all and photograph them.  Though it’s blowing a gale outside today, so I’m a bit worried if I take them outside, they might end up blowing halfway across Australia… (so if any pads mysteriously land in your backyard, that’s probably why hahaha)

If I get time…  *cough* … I might even get these out….

This is a stack of pocket pads I’ve had sitting around since about this time last year!  They have just been waiting for me to get around to making the inserts to go inside them….. and….. well, they are still waiting.  Though I did make 6 inserts the other day, until I ran out of washed bamboo and had to go onto making something else while  waited for more to wash and dry.  I’m considering listing the empty cases and the inserts separately, so that I can get them listed and make the inserts as I go (just keep adding inserts to the inventory as I have more made).  Anyway…. back to the sewing room I go

For some reason I keep going in to check orders and find there are ones there that weren’t last time I looked, so they have been sitting there a while. I don’t know what the problem is, but it’s been happening for a couple of weeks…. my apologies to anyone whose order has taken a while to get to them!
